Bieder & Maier & that extra twist.

Gingerbread houses in winter are like sandcastles in summer: both are pretty to look at but they are rarely eaten. With the sandcastles we understand that, but gingerbread is actually irresistible! That’s why we prefer to take the gingerbread and combine it with Bieder & Maier coffee – this creates a unique taste experience that sweetens the bitterly cold season.

And that’s how it works:

  • 1 espresso cup Bieder & Maier Forza or Fresh
  • 30 ml chocolate sauce
  • 15 ml gingerbread syrup
  • 200 ml milk foam

Mix the chocolate sauce with the gingerbread syrup in a latte glass and pour in the hot Bieder & Maier Espresso. Stir well and fill the glass with milk foam. To top it off, garnish the foam with a pinch of cinnamon.
